4. Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We ship throughout Canada, including all ten provinces and three territories.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, your order is generally delivered within 5–12 business days, depending on your province and postal code. Remote areas and territories may require a few additional days.

Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders. A “Package Protection” option, including enhanced tracking and replacement in the event of loss, is available at checkout for CAD $8.90.

Import Duties and Taxes
Our products are shipped from abroad. Depending on the value of your order and the applicable customs regulations, duties or taxes may be charged when the shipment enters Canada. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier upon delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time through the Track My Order page.

Delays
In the event of an unusual delay (more than 15 business days without any update on your package), please contact us at support@gelflex-ca.com. We will follow up with the carrier and take the necessary steps to assist you.
